Raymond J. Fullerton, Jr.

Shareholder

Ray Fullerton is shareholder in the firm who advises individuals and small and medium-sized businesses in a broad array of matters.  A substantial portion of his practice is devoted to estate planning and administration, including family trusts and business-succession planning.  Mr. Fullerton has significant litigation experience, having tried cases in both state and federal court.  This background allows him to bring valuable perspective to a business transaction and often recognize and avoid potential problems for his clients that might otherwise lead to litigation.  When necessary, Mr. Fullerton is well prepared to represent his clients’ interests in court.  He continues to litigate business, personal injury, and trust matters, as well as representing clients in civil appeals.

Mr. Fullerton grew up on an eight-hundred acre ranch in west Sonoma County.  After attending law school at the University of Miami, he began his legal career with the Fort Lauderdale law firm of Cooney, Mattson, Lance, Blackburn, Richards and O’Connor before returning home to Sonoma County in 2001.
