Sterling Tipton is a civil litigator, who defends clients in a variety of areas, including personal injury, wrongful death, automobile collisions, premises liability, and commercial liability, from the inception of the case through discovery, trial and appeal. Mr. Tipton’s experience also includes insurance coverage disputes and litigation for carriers as well as policyholders. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2004, and Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego in 2008.
Since then, Mr. Tipton has practiced civil litigation in California and New York, which has included the defense of individuals as well as local and national businesses, construction firms, developers, state development organizations and municipal entities on both coasts. Mr. Tipton is admitted to practice law in California, New York and New Jersey. He enjoys outdoor activities including swimming, cycling and running, in that order.
